Tired, Tiring, Tiredness...

Yea, Im so dead beat. The course is surely a energy drainer course with non-stop PTs most of the time. 7 more days to do before the end of this course, to be exact it will be next Thur where our PT Cert will be given =D.

But some of the days to look ahead - Mcritchie 10KM run this FRI WOOTS!.. Looks like carbo loading again the night before. Next week thur morning ELC --> team challenge which is rock climbing and some other nonsense stuff, YEA! =D.

Ouh yes, Adidas Sundown Marathon 2010, on the 29th March. Anybody interested to join?? hehe.. Going for it, my 1st marathon - 21km run @ Changi exhibition center. Starts at 9pm.. hehe

TGIF!..Like finally!..

Finally the week has come to an end. 1 week of the FI course has past, left with 3 more agonizing weeks to go... short summary of what has happen past few days :-

Day 1: Intro to the lessons and Classes.. Some ice breaker games -> not bad

Day 2: Again morning class, followed by afternoon PT.. Aerobic exercise -> still not so bad

Day 3: Early morning, receive our "goodie bag" , loaded with 10KG bag of rice.. =.=". Den off to a 10KM run..

Day 4: Team obstacle training.. Swiming 6 laps, carry 60KG log with our goodie bag strap on us.


Yeap, this is just the first week, more to come at later part. Today was damn shag, overslpt all the way to khatib.. Not to mentio just wakie arnd 11pm..lol!.. But still can slp somemore, really nid to recover all ym slp loss.. =D

Back to HTA....

Tmr officially starts FI course at HTA.. Yes, going back to that place again but luckily its a Non-residential course. The thing starts from 8am-6pm, nice. Actually the course should starts even before kena send to DIV, but thx to APEC it was push back. Ouh well, what to do.. Just go through it.

Got some tips on what the course is about. Obviously loads of Physical Training frm start till end. Hopefully all the physical preparation I've made is enuff so far.. And not to forget classes, not sure what learn also. But i tink should be about lesson planing, team building and muscle grps (reminds me of A&P back poly). Guess it dosent hurt to revise my A&P aye.. =)

Movie watch: 2012

Movie Rating: 4 out of 5 POPCORNS!

Haha yea, catch the 2012 movie today @ GV Yishun. Nice to watch when all the disaster starts to happen. Quite scary at some point especially the giant tsunami, like WOAH!.. If that ever REALLY happens, where to run sia. But the ending was quite crappy. The year it was restart to 0001, lol! And only one continent did not sunk underwater which was Africa. Actually its called PANGEA aka Supercontinent. Its like WAY WAY LONG ago, all continent was conjoined into one HUGE continent known as pangea... So yea.. cool disaster movie =D

Outdated photos here. Last week go take a family photo at some photo shop arnd geylang there. Sis got some discount for it cuz she graduate oreadi frm MDIS. So yea, 1st time in a photo studio. The photo will arrive some time next week, they will frame it up and its printed on canvas. Forget the size oreadi but i knw wer pay close to $200 for it & thats the cheapest after %. Saw one cost 500BUCKS!.. Bloody Ex, and the cheapest one is 250!..lol!

Have you all ever wonder where the word F*** comes from?.. HAh!, not many ppl know. Go try asking arnd and one will be dumfounded. So being an inquisitive and curious guy, i did my own research on it. Seems that the word F*** originates from the word FOKKEN, which mean "to beat again", "to push against" or "strike". It originate somewhere arnd 1495-1505, like WAY WAY WAY back then.

The word F*** amazingly has many uses, to those who dosent knw. Here are just some of the examples where the word F*** can be use in ALMOST any sentence in the Eng language. LIke for e.g as a ---

TRANSITION VERB --> John F** Jenny
INTRANSITIVE VERB --> Jenny is a good F***
ADJECTIVE --> John doing all the F*** work

Thinking, Thought and Think-ed...

Hurray to weekends.. Woohoo!!. Almost 1 week since im at my unit -DTU unit that is. People there are friendly and fun to have them arnd. I'll be taking over one NS guy whos in charge of IPPT, since he gonna be ORD on 10th Dec. So Im going to have my own workstation - all to myself!.. Weee!.. Since APEC week is on, not much to do anyway. Abit of paperwerk here and there, then off to gym and run most of the time & thats what im like bout it..

Laterly been thinking bout studies and all, will i still be able to get a place in local Uni or not , since the 1st one kena rejected like F***. So I was thinking of the worst case scenario - what if even after 2yrs of trying to apply for local Uni and still dun get in.. Well, perhaps maybe I will sign on police, werk first or at the same time study private.. But then again, what course will I take? Science is a Definitely but some are just redundant.. Haizz... Not to mention the cost of private degree...So still on the Big "?" .

Well, for now. Im still preparing for whats to come and whats my next step after NS and preparing got other alternative route.. We shall see aye =)
