OFI Course 03/09
Haha..Finally the course officially ends on THUR this week. Got tons of pictures from it, actually plan to blog on the day itself. But sucky internet connection and the need to sort out the pics prevented me from doing so.. Most of the pics are already in my FB.. Gonna miss all the fun people from the course, not forgetting the instructor of cuz who always TEKAN us each passing day..
First up - Team Challenge. Start off with swimming 6laps with the dummy. Its damn heavy that dummy, whats worse nid to make it stay afloat was hard enuff. After which 2 laps around HTA with the 60KG log plus our goodie bag. Man I really hate that goodie bag of mine. Finally to finish off is the Obstacle challenge, which is very fun =)

Next up was our 10KM McRitchie Run. Luckily we did it w/o our goodie bag, or i think most of us will be dead by then.. lol!.. It was fun and tiring at the same time, stop at the tree top walk and the jelutong tower.. While running did some cadeance at the same time, of course attract some crowd attention, haha!.

The Climbing Challenge was the best part of all. Finally get the feel of belaying, looks easy but imagine ur partner is much heavier than you. Literally the guy on the rope is in ur hands, one slip and he can fall to death, but of course non of us injured on that day =P.

Followed by our Aqua Jogging. Yea I know, it may sounds silly, nonsense or whatever u called it. But those who haven try, i dare u to. Try to so called run while in deep pool and u can feel how hard it is.. Surely an energy drainer.
