Welcome 2010, Bye 2009!

Catch Sherlock Holmes movie after werk. Great movie with funny parts in between the show. It was not what i imagine the movie would be. Like those detective work kind but turn out more of fighting scence and action.. Love the part where he experiment on his poor dog, haha..

Few more hours till 2010 comes in and bye for 2009. How the year go by very fast, before u knew it, its over. And soon i'll be 1 year older =( . Damn am i old, wahah!.
And like every upcoming of the new year, people will always make their own new year resolution. Sometimes I wonder if they can even remember whats their 2009 resolution. Can u remember urs? (if u had any that is).. haha, cant rite?..
So in conclusion, my new year resolution is NOT to make a new year resolution!.. Wahaha!. Just do my best in everything I do =D..

OFI Course 03/09

Haha..Finally the course officially ends on THUR this week. Got tons of pictures from it, actually plan to blog on the day itself. But sucky internet connection and the need to sort out the pics prevented me from doing so.. Most of the pics are already in my FB.. Gonna miss all the fun people from the course, not forgetting the instructor of cuz who always TEKAN us each passing day..


First up - Team Challenge. Start off with swimming 6laps with the dummy. Its damn heavy that dummy, whats worse nid to make it stay afloat was hard enuff. After which 2 laps around HTA with the 60KG log plus our goodie bag. Man I really hate that goodie bag of mine. Finally to finish off is the Obstacle challenge, which is very fun =)

Next up was our 10KM McRitchie Run. Luckily we did it w/o our goodie bag, or i think most of us will be dead by then.. lol!.. It was fun and tiring at the same time, stop at the tree top walk and the jelutong tower.. While running did some cadeance at the same time, of course attract some crowd attention, haha!.

The Climbing Challenge was the best part of all. Finally get the feel of belaying, looks easy but imagine ur partner is much heavier than you. Literally the guy on the rope is in ur hands, one slip and he can fall to death, but of course non of us injured on that day =P.

Followed by our Aqua Jogging. Yea I know, it may sounds silly, nonsense or whatever u called it. But those who haven try, i dare u to. Try to so called run while in deep pool and u can feel how hard it is.. Surely an energy drainer.

Tired, Tiring, Tiredness...

Yea, Im so dead beat. The course is surely a energy drainer course with non-stop PTs most of the time. 7 more days to do before the end of this course, to be exact it will be next Thur where our PT Cert will be given =D.

But some of the days to look ahead - Mcritchie 10KM run this FRI WOOTS!.. Looks like carbo loading again the night before. Next week thur morning ELC --> team challenge which is rock climbing and some other nonsense stuff, YEA! =D.

Ouh yes, Adidas Sundown Marathon 2010, on the 29th March. Anybody interested to join?? hehe.. Going for it, my 1st marathon - 21km run @ Changi exhibition center. Starts at 9pm.. hehe

TGIF!..Like finally!..

Finally the week has come to an end. 1 week of the FI course has past, left with 3 more agonizing weeks to go... short summary of what has happen past few days :-

Day 1: Intro to the lessons and Classes.. Some ice breaker games -> not bad

Day 2: Again morning class, followed by afternoon PT.. Aerobic exercise -> still not so bad

Day 3: Early morning, receive our "goodie bag" , loaded with 10KG bag of rice.. =.=". Den off to a 10KM run..

Day 4: Team obstacle training.. Swiming 6 laps, carry 60KG log with our goodie bag strap on us.


Yeap, this is just the first week, more to come at later part. Today was damn shag, overslpt all the way to khatib.. Not to mentio just wakie arnd 11pm..lol!.. But still can slp somemore, really nid to recover all ym slp loss.. =D
